Located on a disused agricultural processing site in Bray, the proposal creates 5 no. terraced 3 bedroom 5 person low carbon, timber framed housing units which achieve a Level 5 rating under the Code for Sustainable Homes. Photovoltaic roof tiles clad the south facing roof slope.
