Renovation and refurbishment of one of five self-contained flats within a Grade II listed building on Cadogan Square.
The property was reconfigured to make the best use of the principal rooms including the original townhouse ballroom and drawing room. Careful consideration was given to retain and restore the historic features of the building including the original sweeping timber staircase.
