This project is about the contraction of spaces from a full house to a ground floor maisonette. Living accommodation is on the lower ground floor level with direct access to the garden. Studio space on the upper ground floor overlooks and opens to the garden by means of a terrace. The terrace is formed and lined with sections of solid and glass flooring to allow daylight into floor below.
